Valarie’s Place is a Jersey Shore restaurant known for good eating and good times. From the moment you enter the restaurant, the owners and staff will make you feel special . Open year round and located in the heart of Sea Isle City, NJ, we're the perfect spot for any appetite.
Owners, Valarie and Scott Kirby, opened this bright colorful, fun filled Jersey Shore restaurant in 2002. Valarie had been working in the food business in Sea Isle City for nine years, while Scott was an executive chef at one of Atlantic City’s Casino.
Valarie’s has a menu that will please every kind of appetite. The breakfasts are hardy, with a wide variety of omelet’s, pancakes, waffles, and any other breakfast dishes you can imagine.
Lunch at the restaurant can consist of salads, sandwiches, homemade soups, (the Crab Chowder is Scott’s specialty), wraps, hoagies, and Mexican style dishes. Val’s homemade salsa is the best in the state, and the Texas size hoagies will fill any appetite. For those who want to watch their fats and carbs, Valarie’s offers a variety of salads, and vegetables in season.
Dinner is served from 5:00 PM to 9:30 PM daily during the summer months and many evenings during the winter. Appetizers consist of many variations of fresh seafood, (the mussels are wonderful), Val’s fried calamari, roasted peppers & grilled eggplant, and Italian sausage (Hot or Sweet) served over fresh spinach or broccoli rabe.
For your main course, your choices are many with mouth watering pasta dishes, chicken, pork, and steak specialties, and don’t forget all of the seafood dishes fresh from the market that day! With such a wide variety of tantalizing entrees, everyone will find that special dish that makes for one of the best in Sea Isle City (and the whole Jersey Shore for that matter).
One of the highlights of Valarie’s Place is that the restaurant is kid friendly and the prices won’t empty your wallet. The walls of painted hand prints from children visiting Sea Isle City shows the love and appreciation Val has for the young and youthful. There is a small play area away from the tables for the kids to be occupied while waiting for their meal. The kid’s menu offers children a good variety to choose from with prices that will please any parent.
Valarie’s Place is also known for its Oven Ready and Party Tray Dinners to go, and Catering for parties from a few guests to a large affair. Many tourists don’t want the hassle of cooking while on vacation, but want to enjoy a home cooked meal with family and friends, while enjoying their vacation home.
